Common questions
Do I need an account to buy a pack or subscribe?
Yes. Purchases and subscriptions attach to your Lakeside account, which is the same sign-in you use for A House Divided. That way a pack or a subscription follows you to any browser or device.
What happens when the Electioneer open beta ends?
Packs you bought stay yours. The daily challenge and starter scenarios stay free; the rest move behind their packs when paid tiers begin.
Can I get a refund?
Packs unlock the moment you pay, so they are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong with your purchase, email us and we will make it right. Details in the refund policy.
